    "summary": "I believe myself to be a well motivated, capable and organised individual. My primary focus for the past 5 years has been in the hosting industry, primarily in virtualization and Cloud systems but with a wide range of experience in clustered Hosting, Email and Server environments. I am strong at working within a team but I can also take initiative when required and work well on my own. I take pride in my work, ensuring that I deliver to the best of my abilities with the resources I have available. I am used to working on-call and as part of my role as Senior Systems Administrator, and being the point of contact for escalations from other on-call staff. As well as a career in information systems, it is also a hobby of mine. I have a personal passion  for virtualization, having deployed a number of virtualized systems using Xen, Virtuozzo, VMWare Server, KVM and Hyper-V.",
